2025 Information

We are the Sonoma Ranch Renegades.  We are a competitive swim team for Sonoma Ranch Residents.  We have about 125-140 swimmers each year from all age groups. 

Eligibility

Any Sonoma Ranch or Arbor of Sonoma Ranch resident who has just graduated high school and younger and who is able to swim the length of the pool without stopping or needing assistance, no specific stroke or technique required. 

League

We participate in Division I of the Maverick Summer Swim League Home - Maverick Summer Swim League (swimtopia.com). 

Commitment

We rely on parents and swimmers to make the team run great.  If you commit to a meet and commit to volunteering, we depend on you!  ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER AT A MINIMUM OF 2 SWIM MEETS.  You must RSVP if your swimmer will attend a meet.  This will greatly assist the coaches and team reps in the time consuming and complicated strategy of seeding swimmers into events, especially in regard to the relays. Relays are perhaps the most fun aspect of a meet, however, if one swimmer does not show up, the relay team does not swim. It is very disappointing to the other swimmers if a team member does not show up.
