Hello Renegades,

CONGRATULATIONS on your first win!  Renegades won 837 to 716!  All the swimmers did amazing, and our coaching staff were fantastic!  A BIG THANK YOU to our scorekeeper, Claudia Maldonado, meet referees Charlie Crisp, Todd Kilpatrick, and Eric Hutchinson, team photographer (and overall volunteer) Sandra Vasquez, our stroke/turn judges and timers...we can't run a meet without them!

If your swimmer still needs a black team suit, please try and make it by SwimFreak, 10350 Bandera Rd. (Bandera and Old Prue Rd.) sometime this week. Hours are Tues. - Fri., 11:30 am - 6 pm; Sat. 10 am - 3 pm; Closed Sunday and Monday

Meet:

Our next meet is Saturday, June 3rd, at Heights at Stone Oak, 239 Colanade Drive, San Antonio, TX 78260 (far northside)

Arrival time is 8 a.m., warm-up is 8:30 a.m., the meet will start at 9 a.m.

Meet Sign-Up:

We need all swimmers to indicate their attendance at Sign-up Calendar - Sonoma Ranch Renegades (swimtopia.com) by TOMORROW (Tuesday), 9 a.m.  Click on the green "Meet Entry" link.

If your swimmer is signed up to attend, PLEASE make sure to show up, and be there ON TIME. If an emergency changes your attendance status, please contact Linda Nelms at 210-269-3042 as soon as possible.

What to Bring:

Towel or small chair for your swimmer to sit on; towel for drying off; any light snacks your swimmer may need; water/gatorade; sunscreen; bug spray; shade tent (if you have one; parents are generous to share their shade); concessions will also be available (see below) and we highly encourage you to support the concessions.

Parking:

Parking is in the lot in front of the pool area. When that is full, visitors must park along the street. Parking is NOT allowed on the right side (as you enter) off Colanade Dr. There are No Parking signs, and cars will be towed.

Set Up:

Renegade swimmers and spectators will set-up to the left as soon as you enter the pool. Renegades will have the side of the pool deck closest to the building. Shade tents will be necessary for parents. We will provide shade tents for the Renegade swimmers.

Volunteers:

We will need 18 timers (9 each for the 1st and 2nd half). Please sign-up on the Sign-Up page Sign-up Calendar - Sonoma Ranch Renegades (swimtopia.com); click on the green "Job Sign Up" link

Concessions:

Concessions will be available - Breakfast tacos, doughnuts, snacks, drinks will be cash only.  There will be a Kona Ice Truck onsite that accepts cash and credit cards.  Please support concessions as this is part of fund raising for the teams.
