Practice:

Wednesday practice will be normal times, normal locations

No practice Thursday.

The coaches would like to have ALL swimmers at the Sonoma Ranch pool on Friday morning for Friday fun day.  Practice times are as follows:

Ages 7 & Under: 8:00 - 8:40am; Ages 8-10: 8:40-9:20am; Ages 11 & 12: 9:20-10:00am; Ages 13 & above: 10:00am -10:40am

Reminder - Dive Practice:

Dive practice is Saturday, May 31st, 9 - 11 a.m. at 10280 Dover Ridge. The cost is $5 (cash only) per swimmer to cover the use of the Northwest Crossing pool. Dive practice exposes the swimmers to the diving blocks that are used at 3 out of our 5 meets. Our first meet will have diving blocks.
