Practice:

There will be regular practice at both pools on Monday Morning.

Saturday Meet Attendance June 14th:

We must have everyone's meet attendance for Saturday, June 14th, by Tuesday, 10 p.m.  Our meet entries to Mountain Lodge are due on Wednesday.  The coaches and Team Rep will be VERY busy coming off the Tuesday meet, Wednesday morning practice, then working on meet entries.  We WILL NOT be reaching out to anyone individually if they have not let us know their swimmer's meet attendance at Sign-up Calendar - Sonoma Ranch Renegades.  Anyone's missing attendance status will be considered as "not attending" and will not be entered in the meet.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Swim Meet Set Up Tuesday Morning:

Set up will be Tuesday morning 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

All shade tents will already be set up. You may want to have your tent in your car JUST IN CASE WE NEED A FEW EXTRAS. Otherwise, the plan is you will only need to set up your chairs. Please place your chairs to use the shade area as efficiently as possible. We are "sharing the shade"!

The swim meet is at the Sonoma Ranch pool, 170 Ruidosa Downs, Tuesday, June 10th.

Renegades' arrival time is 3:15 p.m., warm up is 3:45 - 4:15, meet starts at 5 p.m.

Parking:

Swim Meet parking in the afternoon will be in the Springs, on Magdalena Run, in front of the greenbelt area and the house adjacent to the drainage area (8606 Magdalena Run).  Let's use the space as efficiently as possible by parking one behind the other so that people aren't having to try to parallel park between cars.  Use the sidewalk that connects to the Recreation Center to get to the pool. It is important we are good hosts and follow these procedures to allow adequate parking space for the visiting team. Smithson Valley is bringing 135 swimmers😲! 

Volunteers:

We are doing great on filling the volunteer positions...THANKS SO MUCH!

We only need one more 2nd half concession volunteer, 2nd half head timer, and 2nd half runner.

Concessions:

There is still time to pre-order Chick-Fil-A items until MONDAY AT NOON using Chick-Fil-A - $8 each - Sonoma Ranch/Smithson Valley June 10th. There will also be nachos, candy, Gatorade, water, soft drinks, fruit, etc. Kona Ice will also be on site.

Team t-shirts and swim caps will be available for pick up/sale, and swimmers' ribbons from the previous meet can be picked up.
